Welcome to Society Hill
In the 1950s Society Hill saw a rebirth from the urban decay of prior years, leading to development of mid-century modern designed townhomes and the prestigious Society Hill Towers, designed by famed architect IM Pei. Now the neighborhood is home to museums, upscale dining, boutiques and historic sites. Make Society Hill your home and be a part of history.
Society Hill is one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in the country. Settled around 1680, the area is very distinctive due to its concentration of historic 18th and 19th century homes. Shutters, street lamps and cobblestones can still be found in this upscale and charming area, giving you a feeling of the history of Philadelphia.
